Meet the founder
Qualified Padel Coach, Ironman finisher and 100 mile ultra-endurance runner with first-hand experience of resilience, discipline and sustained performance. Combined with more than 20 years of senior leadership experience in global FMCG organisations, including leading commercial growth, business development and high-performing teams through complex and transformational change.Drawing on both endurance sport and corporate leadership, GlassBox Leadership translates the lessons of padel into practical leadership frameworks that develop adaptability, resilience, decision-making under pressure and sustainable high performance.
THE GLASSBOX FOUNDATION:

The Glass Box Foundation will be the charitable arm of Glass Box Leadership, designed to open access to experiential leadership development for young people who might not otherwise have the opportunity. It will work with schools, community groups and partner organisations to use padel as a vehicle for building confidence, communication, resilience and teamwork in disadvantaged young adults. Through the principles of transparent, real-time learning, the foundation will aim to unlock potential, develop essential life skills and create pathways into education, employment and future leadership opportunities.
